  • The purchaser of special effect contact lenses acknowledges and agrees to the following:
    You  must get an eye exam prior to ordering special effect contact lenses,  if you have a prescription it must be at least 12 months current. It is  highly recommended that after purchasing special effect contact lenses  you return to your eye doctor to be instructed on how to put them in and  take care of them properly. 
    Do  not share your special effect contact lenses with anyone. Sharing  special effect contact lenses can spread micro-organisms between people  that can result in serious eye health problems.
    – That he or she is at least 18 years of age. If under 18, your order will need to be placed by a parent or legal guardian.
    – Contact lenses are only warranted or guaranteed for fading. Circle A FX is not liable for breakage or malfunction.
    – Agrees and acknowledges this device is Theatrical use only.
    –  Circle A FX or any of it’s employees, agents, or representatives shall  not be held liable by the purchaser against any claim, loss, damage or  personal injury caused by wearing special effect contact lenses whether  to the purchaser or any other third party.
     
    US  CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE COPY OF CURRENT CONTACT LENS PRESCRIPTION OR  YOUR EYE DOCTORS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER AFTER PLACING ORDER.

• Return Policy
   
• All  sales are final there are no returns. If there are any issues with the  fit of the contact lenses you should return to your optometrist so that  they can determine how we can correct the fit. If there are any issues  with the color, we will be happy to have a look at them and correct the  color if necessary. Any order that is cancelled before shipping will  incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  Circle  A Fx reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time  without prior notice to you. Circle A Fx reserves the right to refuse  service.
